It all started back in 1974 when we served our first bowls of Emporium Chili deep in the Heart of Texas in the small town of Temple. Demand for a way for our customers to serve Emporium Chili in their homes was immediate! We packaged a mix that was simple and quick . . . and easy to customize to individual tastes with separate salt and "FIRE" packs.

At about the same time we began to sell Emporium Chili Mix to other restaurants in a larger, institutional size. Finally, we began to custom blend for these same food service operations . . . bread mixes, soups, seasonings, and all kinds of delightful concoctions!

We now proudly serve some of the finest restaurant chains in the Southern and Western United States!

That brings us to today – it's high time that we make some of our fine products available to you in the easiest format possible, the Web! Be sure and check back occasionally, as we will rotate products often.
